Estimated Salary: $80-$100 per hourThe estimated salary for this position ranges from $80 to $100 per hour, depending on experience and location. With competitive pay packages, comprehensive benefits, and corporate discounts and perks, you'll be well-rewarded for your hard work.
Job DescriptionAs a Home Health Physical Therapist with Fusion Medical, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care in a home setting. Your duties will include:
- Communicating and collaborating with physicians and other health team members
- Providing and coordinating patient care with other health team members
- Monitoring patients' responses to interventions and reporting outcomes
- Administering medications as ordered with appropriate documentation
- Maintaining cleanliness of rooms and adequate stock of supplies
- Transporting patients as needed
You will also have the opportunity to work independently and make decisions about patient care, utilizing your critical thinking skills and service excellence.
Required Skills and QualificationsTo be considered for this position, you must possess the following qualifications:
- One to three years experience as a Physical Therapist preferred
- Certifications may be required for this position
- Critical thinking, service excellence, and good interpersonal communication skills
- Able to read/comprehend written instructions and follow verbal instructions
- PC skills
