Restaurant Operations Manager

The General Manager is responsible for driving restaurant performance and ensuring the restaurant meets McDonald's high standards of Quality, Service, and Cleanliness.

To achieve this, the General Manager works closely with their leader to set restaurant goals and develop a plan to achieve them.

They lead a team of Department Managers, helping them set their own goals, monitoring progress, and providing coaching and direction to improve their departments.

This, in turn, drives restaurant improvement and success.

The General Manager may also be responsible for hiring and developing Department and Shift Managers to ensure the restaurant has the right team for the future.

Ideal candidates should have previous General Manager experience running high-volume locations, preferably in quick-service restaurants or hospitality/retail.

They must be at least 18 years old to be a manager in our restaurants.
