Estimated Salary Range: $45,000 - $60,000 per year.

At ZOLL LifeVest, we are seeking a highly skilled Patient Service Representative to join our team as an independent contractor. As a LifeVest Trainer, you will play a critical role in training patients on the use of our wearable defibrillator, empowering them to take control of their heart health.

About the Role:

This is a unique opportunity for healthcare professionals with patient care and teaching experience to supplement their income. You will work closely with patients and their caregivers to ensure they understand and can effectively use the LifeVest device. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Managing equipment and garment inventory
  • Contacting caregivers and family members to schedule fittings
  • Conducting evening and weekend activities, as needed
  • Traveling to patients' homes for fittings or follow-up visits
  • Programming equipment according to prescribing physician's orders
  • Measuring patients and determining correct garment size
  • Training patients and other caregivers on the use of the LifeVest
  • Faxing signed copies of the Patient Agreement and WEAR Checklist to ZOLL within 24 hours
Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you must have:

  • At least one year of patient care experience (professional setting only)
  • Patient experience documented on resume
  • A valid driver's license and car insurance
  • Ability to travel to patients' homes, as needed
  • Willingness to undergo a background check and comply with any additional screening requirements
