Refrigeration Technician Job Description

Miller Transportation Group is seeking an experienced Refrigeration Technician to join our team at our Brewster, NY shop. This role is perfect for individuals who are passionate about advancing their technical knowledge and career in the refrigeration industry.

Key Responsibilities :

• Perform general reconditioning of refrigeration equipment on Class 1 through Class 8 vehicles
• Diagnose, document, and repair refrigeration equipment in accordance with warranty procedures
• Possess experience with ThermoKing equipment is highly beneficial

Requirements :

• Minimum 3 years of experience working on refrigeration units and 608 certification
• Experience or formal training in diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining Class 1-7 diesel tractors
• Possess a valid CDL (Class A or B) or be able to obtain a Commercial Driver License with our assistance
• Hand tools are a must-have for this role
