Nurse Specialist

We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Registered Nurse to join our team at one of our outpatient dialysis centers. As a Nurse Specialist in Renal Care, you will be responsible for providing direct patient care, developing treatment plans, and collaborating with healthcare professionals to achieve optimal outcomes.

• Provide comprehensive nursing care to patients with end-stage renal disease
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on patient needs and goals
• Collaborate with healthcare professionals to coordinate patient care and services
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes and satisfaction
• Foster strong relationships with patients and their families to ensure personalized care and support

• Current licensure as a Registered Nurse (RN) in the state of practice
• Associate Degree in Nursing (A.D.N) from an accredited school of nursing or Bachelor of Science in Nursing (B.S.N)
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail and commitment to excellence
