Job Summary

The successful candidate will lead a team of cardiovascular technologists, providing guidance, training, and support to ensure the delivery of high-quality patient care. They will also be responsible for organizing work schedules, making work assignments, reviewing time cards, conducting quality audits, developing and implementing quality improvement activities, and participating in departmental projects and shared governance activities.
