About the Role:

The Sales Relationship Manager will play a crucial role in establishing and maintaining strong relationships with assigned clients, serving as a client advocate to ensure quality delivery of services and solutions.

Located in El Segundo, California, this Hybrid role offers the flexibility to work from home on Monday and Fridays, while collaborating in-person 3 days a week. The base pay for this position is $70,000- $85,000, with a lucrative commission plan commensurate with experience and location.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage overall account relationships, identifying opportunities to grow Notified's portfolio of products.
  • Lead sales processes in renewals and upsell opportunities, achieving assigned sales billing and bookings quotas.
  • Monitor account satisfaction, identifying customer problems and coordinating with Notified Customer Engagement to remedy situations.
  • Develop expert understanding of assigned account solutions and competitor offerings, communicating value propositions to existing accounts.
  • Research emerging trends influencing Notified's value proposition and proactively manage pipeline, input, monitor, and update opportunities in a timely fashion.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university in business administration, communications, marketing, or a related field.
  • 3-5 years of experience in a sales role or relevant account management position, preferably with PR/IR experience.
  • Superior relationship management and interpersonal skills, excellent written and oral communication skills, and willingness to travel within assigned territory.
