About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Guest Advocate to join our team at Target. As a Guest Advocate, you will be responsible for delivering an exceptional guest experience by providing personalized service, resolving guest concerns, and promoting our products and services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional guest service by greeting, thanking, and engaging with guests to build a positive shopping experience
  • Resolve guest concerns and issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Promote and sell various benefits, offerings, and services to guests
  • Work efficiently to minimize guest wait time while maintaining guest service and accuracy
  • Make the guest aware of current and upcoming brand launches, store activities, and events
  • Assist guests with Order Pick Up, Drive Up, and Registry services
  • Maintain a clean and organized work area, including gathering abandoned items, baskets, and hangers
  • Stock supplies during store open hours while being available for guests
Requirements
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations
  • Knowledge of Target's products and services
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays
