About the Role

This is a fantastic opportunity for an LPN or CMA to join our team and make a meaningful impact in the lives of our patients. As a member of our healthcare team, you will work closely with our medical staff to provide individualized care that addresses the unique needs and goals of each patient.

Responsibilities
  • Provide nursing-process-based care/services to patients under the direction of a provider
  • Collaborate with healthcare team members to ensure seamless delivery of care
Requirements

To be considered for this role, you must have:

  • Graduation from an accredited school of practical nursing or a successful graduation from an accredited Medical Assisting program
  • CMA certification preferred
  • Prior clinical nursing experience is highly valued; ability to obtain a valid Vermont State Practical Nurse License or CMA certification by date of employment required
  • Health Care Provider BLS certification required within 90 days of hire
