Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Part Time Pediatric Nurse Practitioner to provide exceptional patient care and contribute to the success of Hubbard Pediatric Group LLC.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver high-quality nursing care to pediatric patients, including assessment, diagnosis, and treatment.
  • Develop and implement individualized patient treatment plans in collaboration with physicians and other healthcare professionals.
  • Monitor patient progress, report changes in symptoms or behavior, and provide education on health maintenance and disease prevention.
  • Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams to ensure seamless care coordination.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient medical records, adhering to confidentiality and regulatory standards.
  • Provide emotional support and guidance to patients and their families, promoting a positive and compassionate care environment.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in nursing or related medical fields, preferably in pediatrics or neonatal care.
  • Proficiency in medical software and equipment, with a strong understanding of electronic health records.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with patients and families.
  • Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills, with a focus on delivering high-quality patient care.
