Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Radiation Technologist to join our team on a 13-week travel assignment in Puyallup, WA. As a Radiation Technologist, you will play a vital role in ensuring the highest level of patient care and safety. Your primary responsibilities will include administering radiation therapy to patients, operating complex medical equipment, and collaborating with physicians and other healthcare professionals to develop effective treatment plans.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Administer radiation therapy to patients according to treatment plans.
  • Operate and maintain complex medical equipment, including linear accelerators and CT scanners.
  • Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to develop and implement treatment plans.
  • Provide high-quality patient care and education to ensure optimal treatment outcomes.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess excellent interpersonal and communication skills, as well as the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. You should have at least one to three years of experience as a Radiation Technologist, preferably in a similar setting. Additionally, you will need to hold relevant certifications and licenses, such as ARRT (R) certification and a current state license.
