Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Retail Customer Service Associate to join our team at FedEx Office and Print Services. As a key member of our retail team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences, providing expert advice on our products and services, and ensuring seamless transactions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer service, anticipating and meeting customer needs, and resolving issues promptly and professionally.
  • Offer expert advice on our products and services, including printing, signs and graphics, and shipping solutions.
  • Process transactions accurately and efficiently, handling cash, credit card payments, and other financial transactions.
  • Maintain a safe, clean, and organized retail store environment, adhering to company standards and policies.
  • Operate and maintain a wide range of equipment, including printers, scanners, and other retail technology.
  • Assist with inventory management, restocking, and merchandising to ensure optimal store appearance and customer experience.
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance skills and knowledge, staying up-to-date on company products, services, and policies.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent education.
  • 6+ months of specialized experience in retail customer service, sales, or a related field.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with customers, colleagues, and management.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with minimal supervision, and adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.
