Registered Nurse PACU Part Time Days

We are seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to join our team in the PACU department. This is a part-time position, working 20 hours per week, with a convenient day shift schedule.
Responsibilities- Provide direct patient care to infant through geriatric patient populations in the PACU environment.
- Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate the care of patients undergoing surgical, pain management, and endoscopic procedures.
- Monitor patient's physiological status in the immediate postoperative environment and communicate with surgeon and anesthesiologist as needed.
- Participate in performance improvement activities and maintain regulatory agency requirements, nursing, and hospital policies, procedures, and standards.
- Graduate of an accredited or NLN-approved RN program.
- Current Nevada nursing license.
- Current BLS certificate.
- Prefer one year full-time or three years part-time experience in acute care PACU setting.
- Current ACLS required.
- Handle with Care (or obtained within six months of employment) in required specialty.
