Member Services Liaison

Job Summary:
The Member Services Coordinator will serve as the primary point of contact for clients, providing exceptional service and support through various communication channels. This role requires strong interpersonal skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to client inquiries and requests in a timely and professional manner.
- Enter and retrieve information from computer databases, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
- Operate standard office equipment, including word processing, spreadsheet, and presentation software.
- Prepare and transmit documents, including proofreading and editing written information.
- Follow company policies and procedures, maintaining confidentiality and protecting company assets.
- Develop and maintain positive working relationships with colleagues and departments.
- Report accidents, injuries, and unsafe work conditions to management.
