Job Summary

The Senior Systems Integrations Engineer plays a critical role in designing, developing, testing, and maintaining Workday integrations. This position collaborates closely with HR and other cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration processes.

Responsibilities
  • Design, develop, test, maintain, and support Workday and Service Now integrations using tools like Studio, Connectors, and PECI files.
  • Ensure scheduled integrations run smoothly, proactively troubleshooting and resolving any issues.
  • Analyze business requirements to create effective integration solutions and automation for modules such as HCM, Payroll, Benefits, Time and Attendance, Recruiting/ATS, IAM, Training, ITSM, and HR Service delivery.
  • Manage data changes and operational support procedures.
  • Plan, design, and implement new HR system integrations to meet business needs.
  • Collaborate with HR, IT, Data, and vendor teams for unit, system, and UAT testing, as well as troubleshooting and triage.
  • Stay updated on Workday and Service Now Community trends and upcoming features, providing technical input on optional features.
  • Prepare detailed technical documentation to support the design and maintenance of integrations.
  • Provide ongoing support and collaboration with business units, including planning, validation, testing, and service updates.
  • Continuously assess and improve existing integrations for performance, reducing complexity.
  • Act as a subject matter expert for HR process areas from an HRIS integration perspective.
  • Ensure the highest levels of data integrity and privacy.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, related field, or equivalent work experience.
  • 5+ years of Workday HCM; Integrations.
  • Deep working knowledge of Technical and Functional Configurations, Workday Studio, Integration design patterns, and development.
  • Proficiency in HCM, EIBs, Studio, and Core Connectors with at least 5 years of hands-on experience.
  • Experience in Workday implementation projects.
  • Active participation in the Workday Community.
  • Detail-oriented with strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience supporting Workday integrations in mid to large-sized organizations.
  • Workday integration tools like Studio, Connectors, and PECI files.
