Job Summary

We are seeking a highly qualified individual to join our team as a Clinical Associate Professor or Clinical Assistant Professor in the School of Veterinary Medicine at the University of Wisconsin-Madison. This is a full-time, renewable position that requires a strong commitment to academic excellence and a passion for teaching and research.

Responsibilities
  • Teach and mentor students in the clinical training program, with a focus on radiology and diagnostic imaging.
  • Develop and implement curricula for radiology and diagnostic imaging courses.
  • Conduct research in radiology and diagnostic imaging, with a focus on advancing the field and improving patient care.
  • Collaborate with other faculty members to develop and implement clinical training programs.
  • Participate in departmental and university service activities.
Requirements
  • Terminal degree in veterinary medicine or equivalent.
  • Completion of residency training in radiology/diagnostic imaging.
  • Board certification or eligibility in the American College of Veterinary Radiology or European College of Veterinary Diagnostic Imaging.
  • Commitment to developing an academic program that includes radiology and diagnostic imaging.
Work Environment
