System Test Lead

At Nanosoft Consulting, we are seeking a highly skilled System Test Lead to join our team. As a System Test Lead, you will be responsible for defining, planning, designing, and executing tests for major applications. You will also prepare and manage statistical and status reports for unit managers and higher-level managers.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Serve as System Test Lead for major applications; Define, plan, design, and execute tests;
2. Prepare and manage statistical and status reports for unit managers and higher-level managers;
3. Research and review system design and technical documentation to develop detailed system test estimate, design, and planning documents;
4. Develop and maintain requirements traceability matrices, system test plans, system test scenarios, and manual and automated test scripts;
5. Execute manual and automated functional, regression, and performance tests, analyze outcomes, and support resolution to successful completion of tests;
6. Prepare and manage system test data;
7. Document and communicate test status and results; Track, report, and validate defects and work with the team on resolution;
8. Prepare formal written test estimates;
9. Deliver ad-hoc written and oral presentations related to system testing;

Requirements:
1. Minimum of a bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Computer Engineering, or a related technical discipline;
2. Minimum of four (4) years experience serving as a system test lead for a large complex JAVA application or CRM Solution like Salesforce;
3. Minimum of seven (7) years experience testing to include (test planning, test development, test cases, test scripts, and test scenarios), and test execution for large, complex multi-platform applications;
4. Minimum of six (6) years experience using HP/Microfocus Test Tools (i.e. ALM/ALM Octane, Load Runner, QTP/UFT-Unified Functional Testing) & Rational Performance Tester;
5. Minimum of four (4) years experience using office automation and project planning tools such as Microsoft Project, Microsoft Office Visio, Microsoft Office, and other tool sets;
6. Minimum of seven (7) years experience using database query tools and writing SQL (i.e. Toad, AQT, etc.);
7. Minimum of 1 year experience in Agile Methodology/Testing;
8. Minimum of 3 years experience analyzing and executing Mainframe and Control-M/EM batch processing jobs;
9. Minimum of 1 year experience in testing webservices using SOAP/REST or any related tool;
10. Minimum of 1 year experience using GIT, Nexus, & Jenkins for Continuous Testing;
11. Minimum of 1 year experience in Mobile Testing (iOS, Android);
12. Minimum of 1 year experience in Security Testing;

Research & Innovation:
Proof of Concepts Preferred Skills Experience testing applications in Salesforce platform. Flexibility to adapt to a dynamic work environment and work on multiple projects
