Site Director

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Site Director to lead our Before and After School Program at AlphaBEST Education, Inc.

Job Summary

The Site Director will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the program site, ensuring a safe and engaging environment for students, and leading a team of dedicated staff members.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead a team of staff members to deliver high-quality programs and services to students
• Develop and implement program plans and activities that promote student engagement and learning
• Collaborate with the Leadership Team to manage program site operations and ensure compliance with state regulations
• Train and supervise staff members on program policies and procedures
• Monitor and evaluate program effectiveness and make recommendations for improvement

Requirements

• Must have a CDA or Bachelor's Degree
• Must be at least 21 years old
• Ability to work a flexible schedule to meet program staffing needs
• Must be able to successfully complete a background check as required by state childcare licensing regulations
• Provide proof of experience as required by state childcare licensing standards
