About the Role

EPM Scientific is partnering with a top 20 Pharma/MedTech dermatology category leader to find a skilled Aesthetic Business Manager/Sr Aesthetic Business Manager to join their team in NYC - Upper East Side.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute strategies to optimize product positioning and performance
  • Create account plans with tailored tactics to drive sales growth within accounts and achieve market access
  • Collaborate with local field teams, including District Sales Manager and specialty roles, to execute account plans and sales pull-through
Desired Skill Sets
  • 3+ years of B2B sales experience
  • Pharma/Medical Device/Biotech sales experience preferred
  • Strong determination to break into the Aesthetic industry
  • B2B mindset with clinical expertise and ability to close/manage full sales cycle
  • Proven track record of year-over-year growth and overall sales success
