We are seeking a highly skilled Facilities Maintenance Specialist to join our team at Citizens Bank. In this role, you will play a critical part in ensuring the upkeep and maintenance of our office facilities, providing exceptional service to our colleagues and clients.

About the Role

This is a full-time position that requires a strong background in janitorial and light carpentry work. As a Facilities Maintenance Specialist, you will be responsible for performing routine office cleaning and making necessary repairs. You will also respond to emergency and non-emergency service requests, prioritize your workload effectively, and communicate professionally with internal and external customers.

Responsibilities

  • Inspecting bank facilities on a regular basis to identify areas requiring attention and taking corrective action as needed.
  • Maintaining inventory of supplies, tools, and materials and purchasing them at the best available prices.
  • Providing minor office relocations of furniture and/or contents as required.
  • Communicating effectively with colleagues and clients to resolve issues and provide updates on work progress.
  • Performing various administrative tasks, such as closing out work orders and maintaining accurate records.

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

1 or more years of experience in janitorial and light carpentry work.Proven customer service skills and experience working with diverse groups.Ability to travel as required and possess a valid driver's license.Demonstrated ability to work under pressure while maintaining efficiency and accuracy.Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Salary and Benefits

The estimated salary range for this role is $45,000 - $60,000 per year, depending on experience. Our comprehensive benefits package includes health insurance, tools and supplies provided, and a company vehicle for business use. We also offer opportunities for professional growth and development.
