Vaco is seeking a highly skilled Software Development Lead to join our team in Indianapolis, IN. This is a full-time direct hire position that requires working onsite 4 days a week.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the growth and development of a team of software developers and advance company products.
  • Have professional knowledge of C# programming language including the use of .NET.
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft SQL Server 2012 or later and SQL/T-SQL programming language.
  • 3+ years in an object-oriented programming environment using Microsoft .NET software frameworks and databases.
