AgeSpan is seeking a skilled Protective Services Case Worker to join our team. As a crisis intervention specialist, you will assess and investigate Protective Services cases, providing advocacy and monitoring services to resolve crisis issues.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Investigate Protective Services reports and assess client risk
  • Conduct field visits to assess client needs and eligibility
  • Provide crisis intervention, advocacy, and casework services
  • Develop and maintain ongoing service plans to assist in case resolution
  • Liaise with mental health, medical, and legal resources as needed

Requirements:

  • Masters or higher degree in social work, psychology, or related field
  • At least one year of experience in counseling, casework, or case management
  • LSW eligibility within 2.5 years of hire
  • Exceptional negotiation and problem-solving skills
  • Bi-lingual in Spanish required
