Job Overview

Schneider is seeking experienced CDL-A drivers for our Regional Van Truckload division. As a Regional Van Truckload driver, you will be responsible for hauling freight across the eastern 37 states, with a high volume of predictable power lanes and consistent freight.

Our Regional Van Truckload division offers a range of benefits, including:

  • Mileage pay, plus hourly pay while on duty, not driving
  • Weekly performance pay
  • $5,000 sign-on bonus in 12 monthly payments for experienced drivers
  • $2,500 sign-on bonus in 12 monthly payments for inexperienced drivers
  • Paid orientation
  • Paid time off after 6 months, plus 6 days of holiday pay per year
  • Annual bonus: Earn up to 2% of annual gross pay each year

Requirements
  • Valid Class A Commercial Driver's License (CDL)
  • HazMat endorsement preferred
  • Passport, FAST card or Enhanced CDL opens more opportunities
