As a Physical Therapist - Outpatient Care Specialist, you will be responsible for evaluating and treating patients with a wide range of conditions, developing and administering treatment plans, and collaborating with physicians and staff to ensure the best possible outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Evaluate and treat patients with outpatient conditions, including orthopedic and musculoskeletal disorders
  • Develop and administer treatment plans, including therapeutic exercises, modalities, and manual therapy
  • Collaborate with physicians and staff to ensure seamless patient care
  • Document patient care services according to regulatory and department guidelines
  • Direct supervision of a Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) may be required

Requirements:

  • Graduate from an accredited Physical Therapy program; Bachelor's Degree required, Master's or Doctorate Degree preferred
  • Active Minnesota state license in Physical Therapy in the state in which practicing
  • Women's Health experience preferred
