Primary Care Physician Opportunity with Competitive Compensation

At Marathon Health, we're redefining the way healthcare is delivered. Our Employer-Sponsored Direct Primary Care model offers a unique opportunity for primary care physicians to provide patient-centered care in a capitated-fee environment.
The RoleWe're seeking an experienced Family Physician to join our team of dedicated healthcare professionals. As a member of our clinical team, you'll have the opportunity to work in a collaborative and supportive environment, delivering high-quality care to employees at assigned Marathon Health Centers.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide patient-centered primary care to employees at assigned Marathon Health Centers
- Work collaboratively with Advanced Practice Providers (APPs) and other healthcare professionals to deliver comprehensive care
- Participate in regular provider meetings, including journal clubs and grand rounds, to stay up-to-date on best practices and industry developments
We offer a comprehensive benefits package, including:
- Competitive compensation package with salary range $200,000 - $250,000 per year

To be considered for this role, you'll need:
- Graduation from an accredited medical school and completion of residency in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine + Pediatrics
- Board certification or eligibility in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine + Pediatrics
- Active state license and DEA registration
- CPR/BLS certification
