Marketing Strategy Lead

The Director of Marketing will be an individual contributor role responsible for developing, implementing, and managing marketing strategies to promote Hologic's products and services. This role requires a strategic thinker with a proven track record in product launches, capable of technical understanding, and driving brand growth.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies that align with company goals and objectives.
- Oversee the creation and execution of marketing campaigns, including digital, print, and social media initiatives.
- Ensure the successful execution of marketing plans.
- Foster a collaborative and innovative team environment.
- Ensure consistent brand messaging across all marketing channels.
- Manage brand positioning and ensure the company's voice and image are maintained.
- Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and trends.
- Analyze marketing data and metrics to measure the effectiveness of campaigns and strategies.
- Develop and manage the marketing budget, ensuring effective allocation of resources.
- Monitor and report on the financial performance of marketing initiatives.
- Build and maintain relationships with external partners, vendors, and agencies.
- Negotiate contracts and agreements to secure advantageous terms.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
- Minimum of 5+ years of experience in marketing, with at least 5+ years in a similar role.
- Proven track record of successful marketing campaigns and brand management.
- Strong analytical skills and experience with market research and data analysis.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
The annualized base salary range for this role is $140,000 to $200,000, making it a highly competitive opportunity. Final compensation packages will depend on factors including relevant experience, skillset, knowledge, geography, education, business needs, and market demand.
