Job Summary

Canon Medical Systems USA, Inc. is seeking a highly skilled Customer Service Engineer III to join our team. As a key member of our field service operations, you will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and servicing medical imaging equipment within multiple product lines. Your expertise will be essential in providing high-level support to customers and ensuring the efficient operation of our equipment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Install medical imaging equipment effectively and efficiently, ensuring minimal downtime and optimal performance.
  • Perform routine maintenance and repairs on diagnostic imaging equipment, adhering to manufacturer specifications and industry standards.
  • Prepare and submit accurate documentation, including work orders, parts orders, and expense reports.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, providing exceptional service and support.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest technical developments in medical imaging and diagnostic equipment.

Requirements

  • 2-year associate's degree in Electronics Technology or equivalent work experience.
  • 2 years of advanced electronics experience.
  • 3 years of field service experience.
  • Proven ability to work independently and as part of a team.
