Key Responsibilities
  • Perform a variety of technical procedures to apply prescribed ionizing radiation for radiologic diagnosis.
  • Assess, treat, and care for patients of all ages, demonstrating knowledge of growth and development and the range of treatment needed for each patient group.
  • Obtain and interpret information to provide appropriate patient care, and possess knowledge of medical terminology and procedures.
Requirements
  • Basic Cardiac Life Support certification within 90 days of employment start date.
  • Registered Radiographer (ARRT) certification.
  • State Registered Radiologic Technician certification.
  • High School Graduate or GED.
