Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Family Therapy Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our staff, you will provide intensive treatment services to families, including crisis intervention, parent guidance and education, advocacy, and linkages to other services in neighborhood schools and communities.

Responsibilities:
  • Conduct in-person clinical sessions with youth, parents, and families in their home environment 2-3 times per week.
  • Identify strengths and challenges of adolescents, families, and their interactions with external systems.
  • Promote behavior change in the youth's natural environment.
  • Collaborate with families to develop an enduring social support network.
  • Submit weekly written progress reports to referral sources.
Requirements:
  • Masters Degree in Social Work or related behavioral science.
  • Receipt of provisional license (LMSW, LPC-A, LMFT-A, LCSW, LPC, or LMFT).
  • Skilled in therapeutic interventions, advocacy, and crisis intervention.
  • Ability to function independently.

Compensation

This full-time position offers $55,000 per year, with flexible hours from Monday to Friday.
