HR Administrative Assistant/Coordinator

- Assist with human resources programs and procedures, including record-keeping, filing, and HRIS entry.
- Provide administrative support to the Executive Assistant to the President of Shannon & Wilson.
- Assist with data management within our HRIS system and report writing.
- Support new employee orientation and on-boarding.
- Responsible for maintaining the milestone recognition program.
- Perform other related duties as assigned.
- Bachelor's degree preferred or combination of relevant experience and high school diploma.
- 1-4 years of prior experience.
- Experience with HRIS database is preferred, Paylocity experience a plus.
- Excellent telephone, verbal, and written communication skills.
- The ability to keep sensitive information confidential.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Enthusiastic collaborator willing to partner with others to achieve results together.
- Strong critical thinking skills.
- Good ethical judgment.
- Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
- Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.
- Ability to function well in a high-paced and at times stressful environment.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
