Autism Therapist

We are seeking a highly motivated and compassionate Autism Therapist to join our team as a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) at Hopebridge in Rockledge, FL.

About the Role:

• As an Autism Therapist, you will create a nurturing environment that fosters skill acquisition, functional communication, and school readiness for children with Autism Spectrum Disorder.
• You will work closely with Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBA) to provide therapy that transforms lives and helps children reach their full potential.
• Responsibilities include reviewing behavior plans and instructional materials, completing daily progress notes, and working with children to develop essential life skills.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• At least 18 years of age
• High School Diploma or Equivalent
• Passed RBT exam and completed Registered Behavior Technician certification
• Passion for working with children, patience, compassion, and a desire to advocate for families in the autism community
