Job Title: DAS - Account Director
Job Summary:
Tempest Telecom Solutions is seeking an ambitious and results-driven Account Director to lead our key customer relationships and drive growth through strategic account planning, sales execution, and exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute comprehensive account strategies to drive revenue growth and customer satisfaction.
- Manage key relationships across all customer divisions, markets, and sites to ensure seamless delivery of products and services.
- Lead a team directly or indirectly, depending on specific account assignments, to achieve sales targets and expand the customer base.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery of products and services and resolve any customer issues.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, technology, business, and performance indicators to maintain a thorough understanding of the customer's industry.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
- Minimum 7+ years account management experience, preferably in the wireless, broadband, and/or wireline industry.
- Recent responsibility of managing a major account team with a multi-million-dollar quota.
- Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to work across the organization at all levels.
