**Salary:** $80,000 - $100,000 per year (dependent on experience)

We are seeking an experienced Production Shift Supervisor to oversee our dynamic manufacturing team, ensuring staff organization and workflow efficiency throughout the day. This role involves guiding, training, disciplining, and supporting junior manufacturing employees in a factory environment.

**Requirements:** We are looking for a candidate with:

  • A four-year bachelor's degree in manufacturing, business, or a related field (highly preferred)
  • Production knowledge and ability to lead team members with three years of leadership experience
  • Lead safety-related function within Plant with a minimum of three years of experience
  • Lean manufacturing, Six Sigma, and ISO training and experience (a plus)
  • The ability to read technical material and develop analysis and recommendations
  • Strong Excel skills
  • Active Listening, Reading Comprehension, Speaking, Critical Thinking, Coordination, Judgment and Decision Making, Negotiation, Complex Problem Solving

**Job Responsibilities:** As a Production Shift Supervisor, you will:

  • Implement company's safety program for a safe work environment
  • Manage department, supervise two or more subordinates
  • Make recommendations on hiring, firing, discipline, and promotions
  • Resolve worker grievances or escalate unsettled issues
  • Communicate departmental and plant goals effectively
  • Plan and prioritize production operations
  • Coordinate manufacturing activities to meet product specifications
  • Review production reports to resolve operational issues
  • Ensure machines and equipment operate efficiently
  • Develop and enforce operational standards
  • Maintain production data and paperwork accuracy
  • Enforce company policies (safety, quality, etc.)
  • Assist and train subordinates as needed
  • Lead manufacturing activities ensuring compliance with quality and safety standards
