Overview:

As a Nurse Practitioner on our team, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care, utilizing the Mercy Nursing Conceptual Framework and nursing process to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient outcomes. You will maintain professional accountability for the provision of patient care, ensuring that each patient receives individualized attention and support.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Utilize evidence-based practice to develop and implement individualized care plans that meet the unique needs of each patient
  • Maintain accurate and comprehensive patient records, ensuring timely and effective communication with healthcare teams
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure seamless coordination of care and optimal patient outcomes
  • Educate patients and families on health promotion, disease prevention, and management strategies

Requirements:

  • Graduate of an accredited Master's program in Nursing with a focus on Primary Care or related field
  • Current RN licensure in the state of employment and/or compact licensure; Current NP certification (ANP-BC, GNP-BC, FNP-BC, etc.)
  • Ability to obtain hospital privileges and credentialing as required

We offer a competitive compensation package, including an estimated annual salary of $110,000 - $140,000, depending on experience.
