Job DescriptionThe Alaska Banking Specialist will be responsible for providing support to customers across various branch locations in Alaska. This includes responding to customer inquiries, resolving issues, and promoting bank products and services. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a strong understanding of banking products, and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
Key Responsibilities- Provide exceptional customer service by responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Promote bank products and services to customers, identifying opportunities to increase sales and improve customer satisfaction.
- Work collaboratively with other teams to achieve business objectives and improve customer experience.
- Stay up-to-date with banking regulations and policies, ensuring compliance with all applicable laws and guidelines.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a related field.
- 6+ months of experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in the banking industry.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Able to work effectively in a team environment.
- Familiarity with banking products and services, including credit cards, loans, and deposits.
We offer a competitive salary range of $65,000 - $90,000 per year, depending on experience, plus benefits including health insurance, retirement savings plan, and paid time off. Additionally, we provide ongoing training and development opportunities to help you grow your career within the company.
