Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Sales Floor Representative to join our team at Walmart. As a Sales Floor Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, maintaining a clean and organized sales floor, and promoting a positive shopping experience for our customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide excellent customer service by greeting customers, answering questions, and offering assistance with purchases.
  • Maintain a clean and organized sales floor, including restocking shelves and tidying up displays.
  • Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and promotions to effectively communicate with customers.
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve sales goals and maintain a positive store environment.
