Job Summary

Signers National is a leading insurance platform that provides a range of brokerage and underwriting services to organizations of all sizes. Our team is dedicated to delivering exceptional customer service and building strong relationships with our clients. We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our team as an Insurance Business Development Manager.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and retain a book of business by providing excellent customer service, a proactive renewal process, negotiating with underwriters, utilizing internal resources, and collaborating with other internal teams.

• Manage day-to-day servicing to our clients, including issuing certificates, auto ID cards, processing endorsement requests, policy checking, renewal pricing, billing issues, invoicing, and contract reviews.

• Address any deficiencies and anticipate client needs with a quick turnaround time.

• Confidently and accurately answer client situational questions with respect to insurance coverage and advise about uncovered exposures as applicable.

• Continuous, clear, and professional verbal and written communication with clients and carriers, including client-facing meetings to build strong relationships with clients.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree

• Active P&C License

• 5+ years of Commercial Transportation experience

• Preferably school buses, auto & motorcycle rentals, chauffeured vehicles & limos, non-emergency ambulances

• Experienced with Agency Management Systems, preferably Applied EPIC

• Highly comfortable with using various types of computer technology in a fast-paced environment
