**About the Role**

We are looking for an experienced Healthcare Assistant to support our cardiology team with daily operations, ensuring seamless patient care and excellent clinical outcomes. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, and demonstrate a genuine passion for providing high-quality patient care.

**Responsibilities**

As a Healthcare Assistant, you will be responsible for:

  • Escorting patients to examination rooms and taking vital signs
  • Cleaning and restocking exam rooms
  • Performing various patient care procedures within your scope of practice, including EKGs and point-of-care testing
  • Maintaining confidentiality of patient records

**Requirements**

To be successful in this role, you will need to have:

  • A high school diploma or equivalent
  • Graduation from an accredited medical assisting program (preferred)
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • The ability to work effectively in a team environment

**Compensation and Benefits**

We offer a competitive salary range of $45,000 - $60,000 per year, based on experience, as well as a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision insurance, life insurance, employee assistance programs, and paid time off.
