A Meat Cutter FT position at KJ's Market involves providing exceptional customer service while ensuring high-quality products are available for sale. You will be responsible for cutting, weighing, trimming, pricing, stocking, and rotating frozen and prepared meats as well as maintaining sanitation standards.

1. Deliver outstanding customer service by being polite and friendly
2. Cut and prepare product for sale according to Floco Foods standards
3. Price, stock, and rotate frozen and prepared meats and fresh meat case
4. Provide special customer requests such as special cuts or slicing
5. Maintain high sanitation standards in the cooler, sales, and prep areas
6. Ensure high-quality, fresh, and properly dated product is available for sale
7. Communicate temperature failures to supervisors
8. Announce meat department sale items on the PA system
9. Assist in product receiving and storage
10. Perform other tasks assigned by management

• Ability to work well with others
• Ability to lift 100 pounds occasionally and 40 pounds constantly
• Demonstrated ability and willingness to learn multiple tasks and technical requirements of the job
• Effective communication and customer service skills
• Must be at least 18 years old
• Ability to work in a cold environment
• Ability to bend, kneel, and stand for extended periods
• Previous meat cutting experience
• Meat cutting skill test qualifications

$35,000 - $45,000 per year, depending on experience
