Branch Controls Manager

At Equitable, we're seeking a Branch Controls Manager to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for supervising Financial Professionals and overseeing various functions within the branch.
Key Responsibilities:
- Frontline Supervisor at registered branch location
- Annual Associate Interviews
- Training of new Financial Professionals
- Enhanced Supervision of Branch FPs
- Work with National Compliance Office
- Administrative duties
Requirements:
- FINRA SIE, Series 7 Top Off Exam, 63 and 24, or ability to obtain all required registrations within the first 6 months
- Bachelors degree
