Key Responsibilities:

The HRIS Developer will be responsible for developing and maintaining HR system interfaces. This includes working closely with IT and other teams on projects and serving as a technical representative for the HR Department.

Technical Requirements:

  • Strong technical HRIS experience.
  • Ability to perform technical tasks including analysis, design, coding, debugging, and implementation of HRIS applications and associated integrations.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Previous HRIS development experience.
  • Programming experience.
  • Workday experience - Kronos experience would be a plus.
