We are seeking an experienced HVAC Specialist to join our team at One Hour Heating & Air Conditioning. As a key member of our service team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional HVAC services to our customers.

Job Responsibilities:

• Deliver Superior Service: Provide top-notch HVAC services that exceed customer expectations and build long-lasting relationships.
• Repair and Install: Perform precise repairs and installations of residential HVAC systems, ensuring high-quality workmanship and efficiency.
• Communication: Effectively communicate with customers and team members to ensure clear understanding and satisfaction.
• Professionalism: Uphold high standards of honesty, reliability, and professionalism in all interactions.

Requirements:

• Technical Knowledge: Strong technical knowledge of HVAC systems, including troubleshooting, repair, and installation.
• Experience: Proven experience with residential HVAC systems.
• Blueprint Reading: Proficiency in reading and interpreting blueprints, schematics, and technical manuals.
• Industry Standards: In-depth understanding of HVAC industry standards, regulations, and safety protocols.
• Problem-Solving: Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to work efficiently under pressure.
• Attention to Detail: Meticulous attention to detail and dedication to delivering high-quality workmanship.
• Time Management: Effective time management skills and the ability to prioritize tasks.
• Adaptability: Willingness to continuously learn and adapt to new technologies and industry trends.
• Driver's License: A valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Background Check: Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.
