Job Description

TLC HomeCare is a leading provider of home care services in Vermont, dedicated to helping adults with disabilities and seniors live independently in their own homes. We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Caregiver / PCA to join our team and provide high-quality care to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist clients with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
  • Prepare nutritious meals and snacks
  • Administer medications as directed
  • Provide companionship and emotional support
  • Assist with light housekeeping and laundry

Requirements:

  • At least 18 years of age
  • Ability to speak, read, and write English
  • Physically and cognitively able to perform the duties of the position
  • Understanding of confidentiality principles
  • Reliable transportation to and from client homes
