Job Summary:

The IT Manager provides strategic leadership for the technical design of networks, core infrastructure, and cloud-based services. This role oversees the day-to-day operations of the IT department, ensuring that network, infrastructure, and systems run smoothly and securely.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement IT policies and procedures to support the business's needs
• Lead various IT projects, ensuring they meet deadlines and budgets
• Collaborate with other departments to resolve technical issues and improve processes
• Manage IT staff, including recruitment, training, and performance evaluations
• Ensure data security and compliance with relevant laws and regulations

Required Skills and Experience:

• Hands-on experience in configuration and ongoing management of Network equipment and protocols
• Hands-on experience in setup and administration of physical servers, databases, and cloud services
• Experience in administration and management of a 3rd party help desk system based on ITIL methodology
• Experience in IT asset lifecycle management
• Experience in administration and management of 3rd party VOIP system

Preferred Skills and Experience:

• Experience in configuration and administration of an end-user computer and server patching system
• Experience in configuration and administration of backup and recovery system using Azure
• Experience in configuration and administration of endpoint anti-virus software
• Experience in administration of MFA
