Job Description

At VisionGift, we're dedicated to providing ocular tissue for transplants, research, and medical education. As our Information Systems Manager, you'll play a critical role in maintaining network security and ensuring the smooth operation of all VG technology systems.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain all VG network servers, including security patches, software updates, email & internet filters, and network health.
  • Ensure network security is properly maintained and enforced.
  • Manage employee on- and off-boarding processes.
  • Ensure proper licensing of all business software.
  • Recommend improvements in efficiency, reliability, cost reduction, and redundancy of information systems.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree in information systems or a related field.
  • Experience with M365 user and mailbox administration, licensing, auditing, and managing networked devices.
  • Experience with Microsoft Azure administration.
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong oral and written communication skills.
