Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Insurance Services Coordinator to join our team. As an Account Associate, you will play a crucial role in providing top-notch service to our clients by addressing their insurance needs and resolving any issues that may arise.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist customers with policy changes and updates, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
  • Process incoming calls and emails from customers regarding policy inquiries and claims, providing professional and efficient support.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to resolve customer complaints and ensure satisfaction.
  • Maintain accurate customer records and update information as necessary.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and insurance products to effectively assist customers.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in business, communications, or related field preferred.
  • Minimum 1-2 years of experience in customer-facing roles or insurance services.
  • Exceptional communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet performance targets.

Compensation and Benefits:

  • $45,000 - $60,000 per year, depending on experience.
