Salary

This is a full-time position with competitive wages based on experience. Estimated salary: $45,000 - $65,000 per year.

Job Description

The primary goal of this role is to assess residents' needs, develop individualized care plans, administer nursing care, and supervise nursing assistants. This ensures high-quality care meets federal, state, and local standards.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this position, you must have a current LPN license within the state where you work. You should also possess CPR certification and excellent communication skills. Previous experience in long-term care is preferred but not required. The ability to follow verbal and written instructions, possess good interpersonal skills, and attention to detail are essential.
