Job Summary

As a Lead Customer Service Representative at Circle K, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and resolving customer issues in a timely and professional manner. You will also provide training assistance to new Customer Service Representatives and perform shift supervision. Additionally, you will be responsible for completing all store merchandise build-to's and receiving and verifying vendor deliveries.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide prompt and courteous customer service to customers
  • Resolve customer issues and concerns in a professional and timely manner
  • Provide training assistance to new Customer Service Representatives
  • Perform shift supervision and ensure that all store operations are running smoothly
  • Complete all store merchandise build-to's and ensure that all products are properly stocked and displayed
  • Receive and verify vendor deliveries and ensure that all products are received in good condition

Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Previous customer service experience preferred
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods of time
