Front Office Manager

The Front Office Supervisor plays a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of the hotel's front office activities. This position requires a strong leader who can coordinate and supervise front office staff, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring that all hotel policies and procedures are followed.
Key Responsibilities- Coordinate and supervise front office staff to ensure efficient and effective operation of the front desk.
- Provide exceptional customer service to guests, responding promptly to their needs and resolving any issues that may arise.
- Ensure that all hotel policies and procedures are followed, including those related to guest service, safety, and security.
- Assist in the selection and training of front office staff, ensuring that they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties effectively.
- Maintain accurate records and reports, including those related to guest interactions, staff performance, and hotel operations.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless communication and coordination of hotel operations.
- Identify and resolve problems in a timely and effective manner, using sound judgment and decision-making skills.
- One-year certificate from college or technical school, or 6 months to 1 year related experience and/or training, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Strong leadership and supervisory skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire front office staff.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with guests, staff, and other departments.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
- Knowledge of hotel operations, including front office procedures, guest service standards, and safety and security protocols.
- Problem-solving and decision-making skills, with the ability to identify and resolve problems in a timely and effective manner.
- Customer service skills, with the ability to provide exceptional service to guests and respond promptly to their needs.
- Leadership and supervisory skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire front office staff.
