About the Role

This is a unique opportunity to join our team as a Direct Support Professional, where you will be responsible for providing quality care, direction, guidance, and help to customers with daily activities such as bathing, feeding, planning menus, dressing, grooming, taking medication, and housework. You will also assist customers with making and keeping appointments, providing or arranging transportation, and serving as a companion.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of our customers by helping them achieve their goals and improve their quality of life. You will work closely with our team to ensure that our customers receive the best possible care and support.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide quality care and support to customers with daily activities
  • Assist customers with making and keeping appointments
  • Provide or arrange transportation for customers
  • Serve as a companion to customers
  • Help customers achieve their goals and improve their quality of life
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Prompt and regular attendance
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
